Should there be a page (or more) dedicated to the various races of the Witch World?
Yes, we can turn this into a wikisite of all things Witch Worldian, if we wish.
Okay. Do you think there should be one page per race or should all the races be on one page?
Thanks! Sorry if I seem to be giving you trouble with the Falconers. They are pretty in-bred so I imagine they seem like one another much the way certain Amish might in our world. In the first Witch World book they definitely have reddish hair and yellow-brown eyes. I think any other colors are due to people not bothering to read the details of that book. I gave the page I have for their description, but I'm not sure what that might translate into in a paper-back book. It's around the time Simon is captured by the Kolder and taken to Gorm.
No worries. The only other story (besides WW and Web) by Andre herself that mentions a Falconer's looks in any detail is Falcon Blood where Rivery is described as having "dark" hair (when wet and covered in sand, no actual colour given, probably red), green eyes and pale skin (compared to Tanree's Sulcar tan). Since his description in Falcon Blood is by Andre, herself, ©1979, I consider it equally official to the descriptions in WW and Web. I don't remember if Nirel from 'Ware Hawk, ©1983, is described in detail but he would be about the only other official canon Falconer created by Andre. If Nirel looks slightly different from these two descriptions, I'd include his looks as another official parameter of the Falconer racial look.
Anything outside of their descriptions by other authors I'd consider a rare variation and unique to those characters (aka, the author screwed up).
